Glad to have you here, Hannah. If you read the example sentences and their translations carefully, they will help you add far more vocabulary than the simple word or expression of the day. Thanks for your support.

¡Hola amiga! ¡Qué milagro oír de ti después de tantos meses! Me contaron que te habías casado. ¡Muchas felicidades! Me alegro que estás siguiendo el blog. Por lo pronto lo estoy haciendo para gente que ya sabe hablar español pero que quiere aprender más. En el futuro pienso diseñar programas para principantes y niños también. Ha hecho mucho frío aquí este año, tal vez igual a Toronto. Espero que te guste el blog y que sigas en contacto. Que pases un maravilloso año 2010. Un fuerte abrazo.

Hola! Luiza me contó de tu “blog” para aprender español y me pareció estupendo! Después de vivir en Santiago de Chile, ahora hago parte de la comunidad de hispanoparlantes, pero hay mucho que aprender todavía. :-) Te mando muchos saludos desde Toronto, donde vivo ahora. I’m sorry you haven’t been able to attend class this year. I hope that at least you have time to continue following my blog. If you add several hundred words and phrases to your knowledge base this year, that would be a great result. I expect to teach the same classes next year, unless something changes. Have a great year and keep studying!
